Seventyseven Shipping Policy

At Seventyseven, every piece is handmade with care and shipped with attention to detail. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you:

1. Processing Time

Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Rugs and curtains may take up to 10 business days, depending on design complexity.

2. Shipping Time & Fees

Egypt:

• Cairo, Giza: 1–3 business days after production is complete.
• Other Governorates: 3–7 business days after production.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout (usually 50–100 EGP, depending on location).

Saudi Arabia:

• Shipping Time: 5–10 business days after production is complete.
• Flat Rate Fee: 1,000 EGP (equivalent to approx. $20 USD) per order.
• (Covers international shipping and handling costs.)

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Limitations

Currently, we ship within Egypt and Saudi Arabia only. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Seventyseven is not responsible for courier delays, but we’ll always do our best to support you.
